We accept PayPal and Cash App. We also will accept cash for local
pick ups.

RETURN POLICY

Most items are returnable with the exception of a few that states they are not. You as the buyer are responsible for the return postage and insurance for all returns. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me first before making a return and return item in the original packaging.

I take pride in getting you your item safely. I also insure the package. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact me immediately. You will need to file a claim, provide photos and keep the original damaged box when filing the claim with USPS/UPS.

I do not except returns on special orders unless I have made a mistake in the order, such as size, spelling or color.

Please bear in mind that the re-purposed items originally started off as something else. I check all old items for lead paint.  I do my best to fill in old holes and match stains. These patina marks add to the uniqueness of your purchase and often show its age.  Since I mix some of my own colors for my paints and stains, most of my larger pieces will come with a sample of paint or stain so you can touch up any future nicks or scratches.

SHIPPING POLICY
A 7% sales tax and shipping cost is paid by the  buyer. In stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will take additional time, I try my best to get them to you ASAP.  I will  keep you updated with the status of your custom order, so you can have an estimated arrival date. Please let me know if you need an order by a specific date.
All heavier pieces are local pick up only, which is 45 minutes north of Charlotte NC. and 5 minutes west of Lake Norman. Please contact me
to make arrangements to pick up your item. All items must be purchased and paid for through the website before pickup. Feel free to contact me with any questions before you buy so you don't have to make a return. Items will be held for pick-up for two weeks. If they are not picked up after two weeks, we will refund your money and cancel your order so somebody else can purchase it.
